After the initial consultation we will make arrangements to discuss next steps at a roundtable discussion with all key stakeholders.  We ask that you come with an open mind, prepared to talk openly and honestly and we will do the same. Sessions can be tailored to your organisation.

The way we work together will be dependent on a number of factors, which will be agreed between you and our consultants.  If you chose to embark on the full H&S consultancy model we would expect to work together over a period of 18 to 24 months, allowing time to implement and embed our programme of change and accurately measure results.
