Our eight-phase promoting change consulting model can be delivered as a whole project or as a bespoke package tailored to your organisations needs. 


1. Assess: Research to establish current state, identify pinch points in service or practices

2. Explore: Identification of deliverables through staff engagement and alignment of a common mindset for change at senior level

3. Test: Facilitated customer engagement to test proposition including focus groups with a sampling of vulnerable customers



4. Propose: Implementation recommendations for top three deliverables identified in the Delve stage

5. Develop: Full programme design to support implementation, continuous improvement and sustainability


6. Implement: Put into practice programme design to achieve culture and people change

7. Support: Ensure continuous improvement and sustainability through monitoring and support

8. Review: Outcomes report including impact analysis, evidence and case studies
